Decorating LeAnn by Sabrina

hello, today I'm here with a new card of inspiration, this time with the beautiful Decorating LeAnn

I chose to paint Decorating LeAnn with Derwent pencils and just add a patterned paper as a base ... this stamp is so beautiful and spectacular that it does not need any further embellishments !!! is Sweet the little Decorating LeAnn???  I find it adorable !!
I can not wait to even start to decorate the house !!

Inspiration card with Chelsea by Melle Clef

 Hello, this is Melle Clef.
To make my 1st "happy new year card" (= meilleurs voeux in french) I used the cute Chelsea. I watercolored this beauty with Reeves travel set and I almost covered it all with wink of stella. It is too bad you can not see it on the picture. I used a lot of glitter paper and dies from the store Action to be sure my card was as shiny as can be.

Tell her that the key is in your hands...lol

Angel Music

With Christmas just a few weeks away here in the United States my mind goes to thoughts of angels and their heavenly music.  Terri here and I would like to share my project using Musica found here.

I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and used a glitter gel pen to color the harp. The background was created with Christmas Reindeer and Pointsettia designer papers. The Reindeer paper was also used to create the mat for the sentiment. The image and mat were cut with cross stitched rectangle dies on my Cuttlebug. Then I used pop dots to give the image and sentiment panels some dimension. The gold ribbon was added to coordinate with the gold on the harp.

I hope you will join in on the fun and share your lovely creations with us.

Have a wonderful day.
Terri

Santa's Helper

Hello! Today I'm sharing some Christmas inspiration, using Le Ann's World 101's Santa's Helper image.

I've created a 5.25"×6.5" card base with some digital patterned paper rather than with plain colored cardstock and added the framed Santa's Helper image directly onto that base. I've then die cut and embossed three small trees and a sentiment to add as embellishments.

Rather than just rely on the patterned paper alone to accentuate the card, I've finished off with dots of dimensional glue as falling snow and once dry, added foil to each of them, giving all areas of the card silver accents.

For a full step by step instruction and all the product links, head over to my blog. I look forward to having you visit. Thanks so much for spending time with me today. I look forward to next time…😊

Fun With Stockings And Plaid

Hello! This is my first inspiration post for Le Ann's World 101 DT and I was so happy to be making one of my first Christmas cards. I'm running so late this year!

I used the Fun With Stockings digi, coloring it with my Chameleon Pens and Pencils. Once finished, I die cut the image and two matting layers in red and black, gluing them all together, ready to add to my card.

I printed a digital buffalo plaid patterned paper and die cut it down to size, to add to my 5"×7" card base. I also spent a little extra time die cutting the edges of a thin strip of black card, just so that all my edges had the same pierced decoration.

To assemble the card, I added the black strip to the buffalo plaid and glued both pieces onto the card. I used foam tape to adhere the oval assembly to the top section of the panel and finished of with some white die cut snowflakes and a Christmas sentiment.

Don't forget, challenge #7 finishes tomorrow! Head over to the challenge post to add your photos, you only have hours left! Thanks so much for spending time with me today. I look forward to next time…😊

Santa's Helper by Sabrina

Hello friends, today is my turn to publish and I show you the card that I made with the nice guy Santa's Helper !

I colored with the Distress Ink

Under the paper with the stamp I inserted a thickness to give more life to the card. With the Scan'n Cut I created the shape of the card and the writing, while the twigs I made them with the dies. Below I leave the link with the video of the card with photos of the card details!

Pete by Terri

Hello everyone! Terri here with my first Inspiration Post for LeAnn's World 101.

I started with a white card stock base and added a panel green paper. Next I added a brown mat for the image panel. Using a light green ink I stamped the background trees, then added medium green trees and last used a darker green for the trees closest to Pete. The image was colored with Prisma color pencils. I fussy cut around the image and added pop dots for dimension and then added the three flowers in the corner. You can find this darling image here.

You still have time to enter our current challenge at LeAnn's World 101. We would love to see your creations.

Decorating LeAnn

DT Angela back with my inspiration post for this month.   If I had to pick my favorite time of year, I think I would choose October to January.    I love everything that goes with the changing of the seasons and absolutely love Christmas.   Every year I am so ancy to put up the Christmas tree, decorate the house and help my husband hang lights and all of the other out door decorations.

I decided to use Decorating LeAnn for my inspiration post as I wanted to play with the background.  I used a technique I recently learned in a copic coloring class and had so much fun with it.

You can find Decorating LeAnn here.

I colored her up with Copics and my go to Skin Combo for ProMarkers:

Skin: Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Blush and Baby Pink
Lips: Antique Pink and Baby Pink

Copics:

Hair: E41, E43, E47, E49
Dress: BG49, BG15, BG13
Gingerbread: R13, E15, E18, White gel Pen, R46
Ornaments: YG17, YG67, R37, R35, R29
Stocking: RV29, RV25, RV21
Background:  YG21, G00, G02, Colorless blender
Copic Multi Liner to extend and thicken the ornament string

I used cardstock from my stash and pattern paper from Bo Bunny Christmas in the Village 6 x 6 paper pad.   A few embellishments from my stash add the finishing touches.

I hope you enjoyed my card.

See you soon!
